Parent Ambassadors
Leaders in Catholic Schools
The Parent Ambassador Model (PAM) is a program intended to help local Catholic schools welcome, train, mentor, and serve cultural communities, especially the growing Hispanic/Latino community throughout the Archdiocese of Seattle.

As a Parent Ambassador, you will:
Build leadership and life skills – strengthen your literacy, parenting, and servant leadership abilities through engaging trainings.
Be a voice for your community – share your perspective and help Catholic schools welcome and celebrate underrepresented cultural and ethnic communities.
Support other parents – connect with families, share your story, and help inspire them to explore Catholic education for their children.
Be part of the enrollment team – work alongside school leaders to invite, encourage, and guide new families through the enrollment process.
Grow in community – bond with other parents, create lasting connections, and make sure every family feels supported and included.
Become a Parent Ambassador and gain confidence, leadership experience, and the chance to be a role model for other families!
